Before & After Results: Structural Closed Rhinoplasty in Men
Procedure: Endonasal (closed) structural rhinoplasty in men with septal cartilage grafts
Goal: Reinforce nasal tip support, improve profile balance, correct wide dorsum, and enhance breathing function while achieving natural results.
This male patient presented with weak structural support of the nasal tip, resulting in poor projection and an unbalanced profile. Through a closed (endonasal) structural rhinoplasty, septal cartilage grafts were used to strengthen and reshape the nasal tip, achieving greater definition and stability.
By reinforcing the nasal framework, Dr. Escobar was able to improve his nasal tip position, leading to better projection and a more harmonious profile. At the same time, the nasal dorsum was refined and narrowed, correcting excessive width and enhancing overall balance. In addition to aesthetic refinement, the patient experienced a significant improvement in nasal breathing, ensuring both functional and cosmetic benefits.
Structural Rhinoplasty in Men. Results include:
- Stronger and more defined nasal tip support
- Improved tip projection and position
- Narrower, refined nasal dorsum
- Balanced and natural front and side profile
- Enhanced nasal airway function
