At this time, Dr. Escobar maintains an international practice and is primarily based abroad, providing consultations and surgical care through selected international locations and partner institutions.
Due to the limited availability of his surgical schedule, all new patients are required to complete an initial assessment before being considered for treatment.
Initial Virtual Consultation
Patients interested in rhinoplasty, facial plastic surgery, revision rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation or related procedures may schedule a private virtual consultation with Dr. Escobar.
Virtual Consultation Fee:
• USD 100
During this consultation, Dr. Escobar will review your medical history, aesthetic goals, previous procedures (if applicable), and discuss the most appropriate treatment options for your case.
Surgical Scheduling
As Dr. Escobar operates internationally, surgical procedures are scheduled according to the availability of his international operating calendar.
For selected procedures, waiting times may apply due to limited operating slots and the personalized nature of treatment planning.
Patients who complete their consultation and decide to proceed are given priority access when new surgical dates become available.

• CT scans or imaging studies when available
